This policy explains what data we collect when you use our website and our ads and profit analytics service, why we collect it, and the choices you have.
Data you give us
When you sign up or contact sales we collect your name, work email, role, brand name, website, monthly ad spend range, ad platforms used and store platform. We use this to create your workspace, send your login details and reply to you.
Data from connected platforms
With your permission, the service reads data from the ad platforms, stores, marketplaces, logistics and payment providers you connect, through their official connections. This includes campaign structure, spend, clicks, conversions, orders, order status, returns, delivery outcomes, discounts and fees.
Customer-level order data is processed only to calculate metrics for your brand, such as repeat purchase rate and lifetime value, and is presented only in aggregate.
How we use data
We use connected data to calculate true ROAS, profit per order, cohorts, creative scores and budget suggestions for your brand only. We do not sell data. We do not use one brand's data to benefit, train models for, or benchmark against another brand.
AI features
Budget suggestions and creative insights are generated from your brand's data. Each suggestion shows the data and reasoning behind it. Changes are only pushed to your ad accounts after your approval, or automatically within limits you set if you turn on auto-apply.
Storage and security
Each brand's data is kept in a separate workspace and is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access by our staff is limited to support and operations needs, logged, and granted on a least-privilege basis.
Retention
We keep workspace data while your account is active. If you cancel, connections stop and your data is deleted within 30 days unless you ask for an export first. Contact form messages are kept for as long as needed to respond and manage the relationship.
Your choices
You can disconnect any data source at any time from settings, which stops further data collection from that source. You can ask us to access, correct, export or delete your personal data by writing to us through the contact page.
Cookies
The website uses only essential cookies, such as the session cookie used for the security check on our forms. We do not use advertising cookies on this website.
Changes
If we make material changes to this policy we will notify account owners by email before they take effect.
